Laurvi aims to provide a reliable and transparent delivery experience for all customers. At this time, shipping is available exclusively within Canada.
Delivery guidelines
- Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak shopping periods, or delays caused by the carrier. These factors are beyond our control.
- Delays may also occur due to incorrect address details, severe weather conditions, or operational issues with the shipping carrier.

- Laurvi currently delivers orders within the Canada only.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery timeframes for orders are outlined below:
- Order cut-off time: 12:00 AM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may extend the delivery timeframe by one additional day.
- Processing time: The time required to prepare your order for shipment. Processing typically takes 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Transit time: Once dispatched, your order will be shipped using one of our trusted carriers. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Estimated total delivery time: This includes both processing and transit time. Orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days (Monday–Friday).
All delivery estimates are based on historical order data. These timeframes are approximate and provided for guidance purposes only.
Carriers
We partner with Canada Mail to provide reliable delivery services within Canada.
Track your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment through our Track my order page.
If you have not received a tracking number or experience issues with tracking, please contact us at support@laurvi.com. Our support team will be happy to assist you.
Change of delivery address
- Delivery address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
- If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@laurvi.com.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may still exercise your right of return according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Unforeseen delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or other external factors. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and our customer support team will assist you.
Packages damaged in transit
- If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service immediately.
- If the package was delivered in your absence, please email us clear photos of the damage so our team can guide you through the next steps.
